This Refund Policy outlines our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and disputes for credit purchases and subscriptions on ImageAt (a service operated by INFINITE PHASE LLC). Due to the nature of digital services and AI-powered content generation, all purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been added to your account or subscription benefits have been accessed.
Refunds
Except as set forth herein, amounts due are non-refundable. You may request a refund within three (3) days of your initial purchase, or as permitted by the law in your jurisdiction, provided no Credits have been used. Refunds apply only to initial purchases, not renewals, and are subject to a service fee not exceeding six percent (6%) of the initial fee where permitted by law.
Refund Eligibility Requirements
A refund may only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 3 days of the initial purchase date.
- Zero (0) credits from the purchase have been used for any purpose (image generation, video generation, face swap, etc.).
- This is your first/initial purchase – renewals and subsequent purchases are not eligible.
- You agree to the 6% service fee deduction from the refund amount.
- Your account is in good standing with no policy violations.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in any of the following situations:
- If even one (1) credit has been used for any purpose whatsoever.
- If any credits, features, or benefits from your subscription have been accessed or used.
- Renewal purchases – refunds apply only to initial/first-time purchases.
- Any refund request made more than 3 days after the initial purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (AI outputs vary; test with free credits first).
- Change of mind after credits have been added to your account.
- Violation of our Terms of Service or misuse of the service.
- Partial refunds for partially used credit packages.
- Promotional, bonus, or free credits (these have no monetary value).
- Third-party payment processor issues outside our control.
Subscriptions
All subscription purchases are non-refundable once any credits or features included in the subscription have been used. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current or any previous billing period.
Subscription Cancellation Terms
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid period.
- No refunds are provided for subscriptions where any credits or features have been used.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
- Subscription renewals are non-refundable.
- Monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
- Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide any relevant screenshots or details about technical issues if applicable.
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing time varies by payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
- Any unused credits associated with the refunded purchase will be removed from your account.
Promotional Credits and Bonuses
Special terms apply to promotional credits and bonuses:
- Free credits and promotional bonuses are non-refundable.
- Bonus credits received with credit packages cannot be refunded separately.
- Referral bonuses and sign-up credits have no monetary value and cannot be refunded.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account pending investigation.
- Removal of all credits and generated content.
- Potential permanent ban from the service.
We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly when you work directly with us.
Fair Use Policy
To maintain fair service for all users:
- Users who repeatedly request refunds may have their accounts reviewed.
- Abuse of the refund policy may result in account termination.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that violate our fair use policy.
Exceptions and Special Cases
