At ImageAt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and disputes for credit purchases and subscriptions.

Credit Purchase Refunds

We offer refunds on credit purchases under the following conditions:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using purchased credits, we will investigate and provide a refund or credit if the issue is on our end.
  • Unused Credits: Refunds may be issued for unused credits within 7 days of purchase, subject to our review and approval.
  • Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase or selected the wrong package, contact us within 24 hours for a refund consideration.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

  • Credits that have already been used to generate AI photos or videos
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (we recommend trying free trials first)
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or misuse of the service
  • Change of mind after credits have been credited to your account and used

Subscription Cancellations

If you have a subscription plan:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
  • Monthly credits included in subscriptions do not roll over to the next month

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide any relevant screenshots or details about technical issues if applicable
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  5. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing time varies by payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Any unused credits associated with the refunded purchase will be removed from your account

Promotional Credits and Bonuses

Special terms apply to promotional credits and bonuses:

  • Free credits and promotional bonuses are non-refundable
  • Bonus credits received with credit packages cannot be refunded separately
  • Referral bonuses and sign-up credits have no monetary value and cannot be refunded

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account pending investigation
  • Removal of all credits and generated content
  • Potential permanent ban from the service

We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly when you work directly with us.

Fair Use Policy

To maintain fair service for all users:

  • Users who repeatedly request refunds may have their accounts reviewed
  • Abuse of the refund policy may result in account termination
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that violate our fair use policy
