Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ImageAt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use ImageAt for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the service materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the photos, videos, and content you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and transform your images and videos using our AI technology for the purpose of providing the service to you.

The AI-generated output images and videos are owned by you, but you acknowledge that similar outputs could be generated for other users based on similar inputs. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ImageAt to:

• Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
• Violate any intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Upload images or videos of people without their consent
• Engage in any automated use of the system without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Use the service to generate content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

Payment Terms

Some features of our service require payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our service. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

We use third-party payment processors (Stripe) for payment processing. By using our paid services, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processors.

All purchases of credits are final. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period after cancellation.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ImageAt makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall ImageAt or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled and no refund will be provided for the current billing period.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
