Affiliate Program Terms
Effective July 15, 2026
These terms supplement the imageat Terms of Service and govern participation in the imageat Affiliate Program.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must provide accurate account and payout information and comply with applicable laws. We may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate participation when necessary to protect customers, the program, or imageat.
2. Commission
Affiliates earn 15% of eligible net payments actually received from a referred customer. Eligible payments may include subscription purchases, subscription renewals, and one-time credit pack purchases. Taxes, discounts, credits, refunds, chargebacks, processor adjustments, and other amounts not retained by imageat are excluded.
3. Attribution and referral cookie
Attribution uses a 30-day referral cookie and first-touch attribution. The first valid affiliate referral receives credit. Referrals may not be tracked if cookies are blocked, removed, or unavailable, and attribution is not applied retroactively.
4. Review, reversals, and payouts
Commissions remain pending for at least 30 days and may be reversed for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate attribution, or violations of these terms. The minimum payout is $50 USD. Approved payouts are processed manually by PayPal or bank transfer. Affiliates are responsible for taxes, bank charges, processor fees, and currency conversion costs.
5. Promotion rules
Promotion must be truthful and clearly disclose the affiliate relationship where required. Self-referrals, related-party purchases, spam, fake or incentivized traffic, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, impersonation, misleading claims, and bidding on imageat or confusingly similar trademarks in paid search are prohibited.
6. Brand and creative license
While participating in the program, you may use the logos, banners, screenshots, copy, and other promotional materials provided in the affiliate dashboard solely to promote imageat. You may not alter the imageat name or logo in a misleading way, imply endorsement or partnership beyond affiliate participation, or register confusingly similar domains or social accounts. This permission ends when participation ends.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the program, commission rate for future payments, eligibility rules, or these terms for legal, fraud, tax, or business reasons. Material changes will apply prospectively where reasonably possible. Either party may end participation at any time; valid commissions accrued before termination remain subject to review and these terms.
