How do I make my first trend video?
Pick a trend on the Trends page, upload a clear photo of yourself, choose the options the trend offers and press Generate. You don't need to write a prompt.

Yes. When a generation fails or a model's safety filter blocks it, the credits go back to your balance automatically, usually within a few minutes.

Go to your dashboard, click Manage Subscription and choose Cancel. Your plan stays active, with its credits, until the end of the period you paid for.

Purchases are final, including renewals, whether or not credits have been used. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Billing errors: email [email protected].

A clear, well-lit photo where the face is easy to see, looking roughly at the camera, without heavy filters. Use the original photo, not a screenshot.

Either our filters or the AI model's own safety filter flagged it. Blocked generations aren't charged. Rephrasing, using a different photo or trying another model usually fixes it.

No explicit content
Nothing sexual or nude, of real or fictional people, and nothing harmful involving minors.
No deepfakes
Don't impersonate real people, put words in their mouth or clone a voice without consent.
Don't dodge the filters
Rewording, translating or switching models to get past a block breaks the rules.
