Do credits expire?
One-time purchased credits never expire — use them whenever you're ready. Subscription credits are available while your subscription is active. If your subscription ends, subscription credits become unavailable until you renew.
Can I get a refund?

How does 7-Day Unlimited work?
New Premium and Business subscribers get unlimited Nano Banana 2 at 1K resolution for the first 7 days after activation — credits are not deducted for these generations. To keep things fair, the first 10 generations run at full speed; after that, generations are paced at roughly one every 5 minutes. Higher resolutions (2K, 4K), other models, and usage after the 7-day window follow the standard credit pricing. Available only on imageat.com; not accessible via public APIs or third-party integrations.
