How do I cancel my plan?

Short answer

Go to your dashboard, click Manage Subscription and choose Cancel. Your plan stays active, with its credits, until the end of the period you paid for.

  3. 3You may see an offer to stay or to pause. Skip it if you still want to cancel.
  4. 4Confirm the cancellation on the Stripe page.

You won't be charged again. Your plan credits keep working until the period ends, and pack credits stay on your account for good.

Cancelling doesn't refund the current period. To ask for a refund, see How do I get a refund?

Deleting your account also cancels your plan, but it removes everything you've made. If you only want to stop paying, cancel instead.
