My renewal payment failed. What happens now?

Short answer

Stripe retries the payment over the next few days. Your plan credits are locked until a payment goes through. Update your card to unlock them right away.

  1. 1Open your dashboard and click Billing information.
  2. 2Update or replace your card in the Stripe billing portal.
  3. 3Pay the open invoice. Your plan credits unlock as soon as it's paid.

Pack credits aren't affected and keep working. If every retry fails, the plan ends and its remaining credits end with it.
