How do I upgrade, downgrade or pause my plan?
Short answer
Open Manage Subscription in your dashboard. Upgrades add the extra credits right away; downgrades apply from your next renewal. Monthly plans can be paused for one or two months.
Upgrade or downgrade
- Upgrade: you get the difference in credits for the current period right away.
- Downgrade: you keep your current credits until renewal, then the smaller plan starts.
- You can only have one plan at a time. Change it from Manage Subscription instead of buying a second one.
Pause
Monthly Starter, Pro and Premium plans can be paused for one or two months. While paused you aren't charged and get no new credits, but you keep the credits you already have. Billing restarts automatically, or you can resume early.
Teams
The Business plan has 1–5 seats sharing one credit pool. Invite teammates from Team in your dashboard. For larger teams see Enterprise.
