Do my credits expire?

Short answer

Pack credits never expire. Plan credits reset at each renewal and don't carry over to the next billing period.

  • Plan credits: refilled to your plan's amount at each renewal. Unused plan credits don't roll over.
  • Pack credits and refunded credits: never expire, and stay on your account even without an active plan.
  • If you cancel, your plan credits stay usable until the end of the period you paid for.
  • If your plan ends, your remaining plan credits end with it. Pack credits remain.

Because plan credits are used first, your pack credits are only touched once your plan credits run out.
