Why was my photo or prompt blocked?
Short answer
Either our filters or the AI model's own safety filter flagged it. Blocked generations aren't charged. Rephrasing, using a different photo or trying another model usually fixes it.
Every request is checked by our filters and by the safety filter of the model you picked. Each model provider judges content differently, so something one model refuses may work on another.
Common reasons
- Swimwear, gym or fitness shots, or vague wording about bodies.
- Photos of children. Video models almost always refuse them.
- Celebrities, politicians and other public figures.
- Brand logos or copyrighted characters on some models.
- Violence, weapons or blood, even when meant as fiction.
What to try
- Describe clothing and pose plainly and neutrally.
- Crop the photo or use a different one of an adult.
- Try another model.
We can't switch off a provider's filter or see exactly why it flagged something. Credits for blocked generations are returned automatically.
